The description of solids
0: indicates no protection;

Test equipment: test device for dripping test: make one side of the sample form a 15° Angle to the vertical line, and the distance from the top of the sample to the dripping mouth is no more than 200mm. Change another side after each test for four times. Test conditions: drop water amount is 30.5 mm/min duration: 4×2.5 min(10 min in total).
(3) the IPX 3
Water spray test test method:
A. Test equipment for pendulum pipe spraying test device: sample placement for pendulum pipe spraying test device: select pendulum pipe with appropriate radius, make the height of sample table at the position of pendulum pipe diameter, put the sample on the sample table, make the distance from the top to the sample nozzle is no more than 200mm, and the sample table is not rotated. Test conditions: the water flow was calculated according to the number of sprinkling holes in the pendulum pipe, each hole was 0.07l /min. When the water was sprayed, the water from the sprinkling holes on both sides of the middle point of the pendulum pipe was sprayed to the sample. The sample was placed in the center of the semicircle of the pendulum tube. The pendulum tube swings 60° on both sides of the vertical line, a total of 120°. Each swing (2×120°) is about 4s test time: continuous water spraying for 10 min.

Splash test test method:
A. Swing pipe splash test equipment and sample placement: same as the above IPX 3 type a; Test conditions: same as paragraph a of IPX 3 above except for the following conditions; The spraying area is the spraying water to the sample from the water holes in the arcs of 90° on both sides of the middle point of the pendulum tube. The sample was placed in the center of the semicircle of the pendulum tube. The pendulum tube swings 180° on both sides of the vertical line, about 360° in total. Each swing (2×360°) is about 12s. B. Nozzle type splash test equipment and sample placement: same as the above IPX 3 item b; Test conditions: remove the baffle with balancing weight installed on the equipment, and the rest are the same as the above IPX 3 item b; Test time: same as the above IPX 3 item b, i.e., 1 min per square meter (excluding installation area) based on the outer surface area of the sample to be tested, at least 5min.
The IPX five (5)
Test conditions: the distance between the test sample and the nozzle is 2.5m ~ 3m, and the water flow is 12.5l /min (750 L/h).
The IPX six (6)
Method name: intense water spraying test; Test conditions: the distance between the test sample and the nozzle is 2.5m ~ 3m, and the water flow is 100 L/min (6000 L/h).
The IPX seven (7)
Test equipment and test conditions: immersion tank. The size should be such that after the sample is put into the immersion tank, the distance from the bottom of the sample to the water surface should be at least 1m. The distance from the top of the sample to the water surface should be at least 0.15m.
